You can get product freebies, discount codes, and even premium salon treatments at HairMNL Studio. Here’s a quick tutorial on how to redeem your points for both online and salon use.
🔑 Step 1: Log In
Log in to your HairMNL Rewards Account through the HairMNL Rewards page or the HairMNL Login page.
🎁 Step 2: Access the Rewards Portal
Click on the Rewards icon at the top of your screen:
- On Mobile: Tap the gift icon 🎁 on the top left.
- On Desktop: Click the Rewards button on the top right.
🏆 Step 3: Check Your Points
Take a look at your points balance at the top of the rewards screen to see what you can claim.
🛒 Step 4: Choose Your Reward
Scroll down and choose a reward based on your available points. You now have two ways to treat yourself:
Option A: Online Rewards (Discount codes or Product Samples) 📦
To claim these, simply ensure you have at least one paid item in your cart, as product rewards cannot be processed or shipped on their own. Your online voucher is valid for 6 months from the issue date and must be applied at checkout. Remember, it’s one reward per checkout and only while supplies last!
Option B: Salon Rewards (Treatment Upgrades at HairMNL Studio) 💇🏻
You can use your points for a premium treatment upgrade at either HairMNL Studio Serendra or Kapitolyo. These rewards can be availed with any hair service of any length!
Salon vouchers must be paired with a paid service (like a haircut or color) and can be redeemed once per calendar year. These are not stackable with other ongoing promos or discounts.
🖱️ Step 5: Redeem Your Reward
Click "Get Reward" then "Redeem" on your chosen item.
- For Discount Rewards: A unique discount code will be generated instantly.
- For Product Rewards: The item will be added to your cart and a unique voucher code will be generated.
- For Salon Vouchers: A unique digital confirmation will be generated for your professional treatment.
🎟️ Step 6: Use Your Reward!
If shopping Online:
- Copy your unique code.
- Ensure you have a paid item in your shopping bag.
- Paste the code into the Gift Code/Discount section at checkout and click apply!
Note: You can redeem only one (1) free gift or one (1) discount reward per checkout.
If visiting HairMNL Studio:
Once you've clicked "Get Reward," you have two easy ways to verify your voucher at the front desk:
1. Show your Reward Email: Check your inbox for the rewards confirmation email and show it to our Front Desk staff.
2. Show your Rewards Account: Log in and go to the 'Your Rewards' section. Show the active voucher directly from your screen.
Note: Valid only as an add-on to a paid salon service. Not stackable with other promos or discounts.

Complete your online order or finish your salon session. You've successfully used your rewards points like a pro! 🥳
🛒 Did your reward gift disappear from your cart?
If your reward item was removed before you could checkout, don't worry! You don't need to spend more points. Just follow these steps:
- Find Your Code: Go to the 'Your Rewards' section in the rewards portal and copy your claimed code.
- Scroll Down: Return to the main 'Rewards' section on the page.
- Open the Product Page: Find your chosen reward gift and click 'View Product' to open its page.
- Add to Cart: Simply click 'Add to Cart' and re-apply your code at checkout.
