This format helps our couriers deliver directly to your location. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delivery delays. Thank you for your cooperation!

How much is shipping and how soon do you deliver to my area?

METRO MANILA

Standard Shipping

  • Paid Orders (Php 50)* – Delivery within 3 days, cut off is 5PM daily
    • FREE standard shipping for paid orders Php 1,800+
    • FREE standard shipping for paid orders with Kérastase
  • Cash On Delivery (Php 180) – Delivery every Monday and Thursday, cut off is 5PM
    • COD is not allowed for electronics
    • FREE COD shipping for orders with Kérastase worth Php 1,800+

Same Day Store Pick Up in Kapitolyo, Pasig

  • Mondays to Sundays from 10AM to 6PM, cut off is 5PM daily
  • Please send us a message first to ensure stock availability for Store Pick Ups.
  • Please expect a separate e-mail by 5PM once your order is ready for pick up.
  • Customers book their own courier for Store Pick Ups.

  • Paid Orders to Rizal (Php 205*) – Every Saturday, cut off is 5PM daily
  • Paid Orders to other Provinces (Php 205*) – Delivery within 3 to 10 days to major cities; within 14 days to islands (Batanes, Coron, Puerto Princesa, Marinduque, Masbate, Mindoro, Catanduanes), cut off is 5PM daily
    • FREE standard shipping for paid orders Php 3,800+
    • FREE standard shipping for paid orders with Kérastase worth Php 1,800+
  • *Note: The Php 205 shipping fee includes our standard Php 180 rate plus a Php 25 courier fuel surcharge.
  • COD is not available for provinces outside Metro Manila
