How to use it?

Extremely Effective; a life-saver
Very gentle formula; my husband loves the dandelion scent as well. When used correctly, the selenium disulphide formulation really is effective and has been to-date the only anti-dandruff solution that has worked for me. Ever. I've been suffering since I was ten and all this time the solution was just in some rather expensive shampoo. It advises you to use it for a couple weeks, and then come off it, and only use it afterwards as maintenance. And I think a 250mL bottle can last you quite a long while because of this. I've run out of this shampoo after a year so I'm definitely repurchasing.
