- Long press the Power/EMS mode button for 1.5 seconds to turn on the device. On the first power-on, the default settings are, Massage Level 0, EMS Level 0, and Red Light on. After that, the device will default to the "memory level" (the last used settings before the device was turned off)

Massage Level Adjustment, Short press the Massage Level button to switch between massage levels, cycling through 0-1-2-3-0. The massage model indicator light cycles through Off-White-Yellow-Orange-Off - The device will automatically turn off after running for 10minutes. Changing levels or modes during operation will not affect the timing. lf both modes are set to level 0,the device will turn off after 30 seconds
- During the massage function, if a lock rotor condition persists for more than three seconds, the device will enter a protective state. The massage level indicator will flash. To restore the original massage setting, press the massage level button within five seconds. lf no action is taken within five seconds. the device will automatically switch to the zero level state.
