This color tube must be used with the Revlon Professional Creme Peroxide 10 Volume 3% Developer 900ml.
Note: This product is not suitable for virgin hair. Hair must have been pre-lightened or bleached for the pigments to have a visible effect on the hair. Colors must be applied to a level 5 to 10 level of lightness for colors to be visible.
